If you are updating the firmware on a unit that currently has a firmware version older than A03.02,
your setting time of Power Save and Sleep will be reset to the default one. Then please set them again.

If "Toner Not Installed" error happen when consumable BLACK toner cartrige (Capacity 7,000 pages) inserted to model "C823", please update the firmware after turn off and on the printer unit.

the device is added a menu of [Save Job Log]-[Enable/Disable] to [Admin Setup]-[Others Setup]-[Job Log Setup] of the panel menu of the printer.
The initial setting of the [Job Log Setting] is [Disable]. When uses the following utilities and menu setting, please switch to [Enable].
- smart PrintSuperVision
- Alert Information function of Configuration Tool
- [Print Information]-[Job Log]
- [Admin]-[Other Setup]-[Security Setup]-[User Counter Report]
- Export of UsageCounter (Web page only)

For current user using above function, the JobLog function will be turned off automatically without any alert after updating the firmware. This means the log acquisition is not performed.
Please understand that the data which is not collected during this period is not recovered.

3. After Color Density menu modification, be improved to automatically reflect a density revision level.
4. The authentication function by the IC card is supported. User authentication and LDAP authentication are included.
