Report a Security Vulnerability

Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter called “OKI”) work with external organisations to prevent product security incidents and strengthen its response in the event of incidents.

Vulnerability Report Form:

OKI welcomes reports about vulnerabilities in all of its printers and multifunction devices.

Please provide the following information:

• Contact details (email address/name)
• Product name
• The version of software or firmware
• Detailed information on the vulnerabilities identified.

OKI may request additional information and/or clarifications if necessary to enable it to investigate the vulnerabilities reported by you.

OKI Response:

An acknowledgment will be sent to your email address specified in the form within five working days. 

OKI will then investigate the reported vulnerabilities and if required, develop and schedule security patches for release. OKI will provide status updates promptly when there are material progress toward the solution of the reported vulnerabilities.

Disclosure:

The development and availability of new security patches will be published on the "Latest News" page of our website if required.

OKI does not offer any reward for the reporting of vulnerabilities.
